Ruby Celebration

I'm so excited!  Polkadoodles has a new girl in the shop.
Her name is Ruby and she is oh so pretty, cute, sassy and classy all in one. You can find her in the new section of the Polkadoodles Shop

I'll be showing projects I have made with the new gal all week long so I hope you stop back by to see more of Ruby.
After I colored  her with copics, I added stickles to her dress for some added sparkle.

Wedding Card

Inside of card:

I made this card for a wedding shower.  The wedding will be in the country so I tried to give the card a shabby chic look.  I love the look of the shabby painted wood grain paper along with the pretty pink paper.  I used lots of distress ink around the edges of the paper and die cuts.

Card Details:
Stamp: Magnolia Stamps
Copics
Distress ink
Spell binders heart dies
Spellbinders shape dies for card base
Rose die
Heart border die from La La Land
Love birds die from Magnolia Doo Hickey dies
Sentiment stamp from Stampin Up

Serenity Fairy

It's time for a new challenge at Digi Choosday! I am in love with these papers from the Polkadoodles Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Heaven 8 bundle.  I bought them for a baby card but couldn't resist using them with this gorgeous image, Serenity Joyful, also from Polkadoodles.  I made a gate fold card and decided to keep the design super simple to really show off the papers and the image.

I have some exciting news to share...Digi Choosday is having a Guest Design Team call.  You can find all the details HERE about how to apply.  We have a great group of amazing design team members plus you get the opportunity to work with items from Polkadoodles.

Christmas Card

After I colored up this cutie I decided to use my red spica pen on the ribbon and the candle for some extra sparkle.  It didn't work as well as the extreme glitter paint that I usually use over my copics.  I guess I won't be doing that again.
This is my dt card for The Merry Christmas challenge.  The theme is always anything Christmas goes.  Participating in each of the challenges is a great way to get your Christmas cards done in time for mailing.

Train Dominoes Card

I was stumped this year on what kind of card to make for my brother-in-law's birthday.  I was tired of making the fart joke cards so I came up with this idea.  We like to get together with several other couples for game nights.  My brother-in-law likes train dominoes so I decided to make his card featuring that game.
I printed out dominoes that I found online and then arranged them so that they added up to his age (53)

Here is the inside of the card.  My husband helped me with the sentiment.

This is my DT card from Crafty Hazelnut's Pattern Paper challenge. The theme is always anything goes as long as you use pattern paper.  I can't wait to see what you create for this challenge
