Tilda With Reindeer Christmas Card

Such a cute stamp of Tilda with a reindeer.  I kept this card free of dimensional embellishments so that it would be easier to mail. I think the die cut shape of the card gives enough interest.
This is my DT card for Addicted to Stamps.  The current challenge is to create a project using a rubber stamp of an animal.  Can't wait to see what you create!

Graduation Card

I know this isn't your typical graduation card.  My nephew's wife graduated from Gallaudet University this month.  When I saw this cutie making the "I love You" in sign language, I knew it would be perfect for Jessica.  She studied to be a teacher and she will be an amazing teacher.

Birthday Card

I am so far behind with my cards.  This week my summer schedule started so I am only working 3 days a week instead of five.  I've spent my days off trying to get caught up with my cards.  I missed several birthdays, anniversaries and graduations.  Thankfully everyone will be understanding since the reason I am behind is due to my husband's health.  He was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in April.  He underwent surgery to remove the tumor in his colon and a large portion of his colon.  Unfortunately, the cancer in his liver was too widespread for surgery.  He started chemo treatments and we are praying they work.  I have a degree in Recreation Therapy so I know how important it is to take care of your body, mind and soul.  Crafting has been a great therapy for me.
This card is for my brother-in-law.  When I saw this adorable little guy, I just knew he would make a great card.

Graduation Card

My nephew is graduating today on Mother's Day.
About 16 1/2 years ago my brother in law and sister in law adopted this adorable, happy child.
It has been a joy watching him grow up.  He can always make me laugh, even when I don't want to.....make that especially when I shouldn't laugh.  He used to get me in trouble in church because we were always giggling.
 I love this kid!

I kept the card simple but did add some diecuts to give it interest.
Congratulations Bryan!!

May Flowers

April Showers bring May flowers!  I don't know about you but I am ready for some sunny days so my flowers can grow.  We have had enough rain here in Missouri.  In fact, much of the state is flooded.  At least where we live we aren't effected by the flooding rivers and lakes.
This is my DT card for Aud Sentiments.  The theme for this challenge is to use flowers. I love this set of papers and they go perfectly with the theme.  The image is from Mo's Digital Pencil. Isn't she cute?
Here is the inside of the card below. I fussy cut a flower from the pattern paper and added some stickles to embellish the inside of the card.
