We have had a week of snow, ice and then more snow and ice. While I enjoy each season, I am ready to spend time outside that doesn't include sliding on the ice.
I do, however, enjoy spending my time indoors crafting.  I used the adorable image  Loves Me Loves Me Not from Digi Doodle Studios.
Don't forget to enter your projects in the challenge on the challenge blog.

Aim High Polkadoodles

Hello Crafty Friends!

I hope you have found time to craft in the new year.  I haven't had as much time to craft as I would like.
The new challenge at Digi Choosday is always Anything Goes but the DT is given a bit of a challenge.  This time we were asked to do:
1. Make a Valentine
2. Use any Polkadoodles image
3. Make it romantic

As for the last part, I think this is about as romantic as my husband would want.  I think this little guy with his bow and arrows is just adorable.  The papers are fun but not the typical pinks, reds and purples you see for valentines.

For my project I used the following items: Aim High Dinosaur, Sticks and Stones Textured Dinosaur Papers 2, and the sentiment is from Love and Kisses Bundle

Be Sparkley an Cotton Tail from Digi Doodle Studios

Hello Crafty Friends!

I hope you have found time for paper crafting in the new year. This is the first project I have completed after the holidays.  Time just seemed to get away from me and I never got the chance to spend some time in my craft room.

This card features Be Sparkley and Cotton Tail from Digi Doodle Studios.  Are they just the cutest?  This card is a change from my usual square shape.  I decided I need to make an effort to make cards that are easier to mail.  This is still a bit over sized but I tried.

Don't forget the monthly challenge at Digi Doodle Studios Challenge blog.  The theme this month is Something New such as a new baby, new home, new craft product, etc)  I chose to change up my card shape from square to rectangular and I did a new color combo.  I have don't think I have ever combined yellow and the blue green copics before.
