Ellie's Holiday Helper

 Hello Crafty Friends!

It's hard to believe that it is already the end of January.  I am still wondering where the month went.

My card today features a cute digi from Conie Fong Art.  This is Ellie's Holiday Helper.
I like to make my Christmas cards all year long so I am not overwhelmed during the holidays.  I am also trying to get our of my habit of just making square cards.  I like square cards but they do cost more to mail so I am going to be making more rectangular cards that don't require extra postage.  I still want to keep the post office in business but yikes! I paid a fortune in postage last year.

Sporty Penguins

 Hello Crafty Friends!

These adorable penguins are part of the new release from Ink 'N Splatter.
The set I used is called Sporty Penguins.  I used the matching die set to cut out each of the penguins.  The papers are also part of the new release and the paper pack is Winter Blues.

These stamps are now my favorite to work with.  They always stamp perfectly and the coordinating dies save me lots of time fussy cutting.

The papers are also great to create with.  They are smooth and just the right thickness for all my paper crafting.

Winter Holiday Penguins

 Hello Crafty Friends!

I enjoy winter.  I know, I know, most people dislike the cold and snow but not me.  I am thankful I live in an area where I get to experience all the seasons.  We just had a snow storm last weekend and the snow is melting too fast for me.

I am excited to share my card featuring the new Winter Holiday Penguins stamps and dies from Ink 'N Splatter.  These adorable penguins are the perfect addition for winter projects.  Plus there are 5 penguin stamps in the set as well as sentiments and fun accent stamps.  There are so many possibilities for projects that this stamp set is well worth it.

ABC XMas Challenge A/B

 Happy New Year!

Are you ready to get started on your Christmas cards?  I create them all year in hopes that I will be ready to mail them out at the beginning of December.
I have already updated my Christmas card list and I have added several new people to my list.  Sadly I have to remove several names from my list. I had to say farewell to several people in 2021.  I am hoping that 2022 is a much better year.

This is the first challenge of the year for ABC Christmas Challenge.  It's a great time to get started on your stash of cards.
The theme for this month is

A for Anything Christmas
or
B for Baubles

I chose B for Baubles for both my cards.  One uses more traditional Christmas colors while the other features nontraditional colors.

I can't wait to see what you create

Year of the Tiger

 Happy New Year!

2022 is the year of the tiger so I thought it was fitting that my first card of the year features a tiger.

I plan to use this as a thank you card for Christmas.

The new year also means a brand new challenge at Crafty Hazel Nut's Pattern Paper challenge.
The theme is always Anything Goes with Pattern Paper.

I hope you join us for the challenges this year
