I made this card for a special young lady who turned 15 yesterday.  She used to wear her hair in two little pigtails just like this mermaid.
I decided to try a new to me color combo for this mermaid.  I usually do the teals or oranges but decided I needed to expand my color choices.  I love the way the yellows and greens look together.  I added some lime stickles to her tail for a little added sparkle.

Card Details:
Mermaid Rubber Stamp: Flowers on The Beach by Conie Fong
Spellbinders die
Martha Stewart branch punch
Martha Stewart border punch
Cpics:  E00, E04, E11, E13, E21, R20, E19, E18, E08, e97, YG11, Y00, Y15, YR24, Y26, E31, E30

Entered in following challenges:
Cute Card Thursday: Dies and punches
