Baby Boy Card

I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of a friend's baby.  Can't wait to meet the little guy!
I love cards with clean lines and the sketch from Sketch and Stash this time is just perfect.  I did add the banner to the top for a little extra embellishment though (It may or may not be covering a stray drop of blue from my copics.  Shhh nobody really needs to know)
The challenge at Cosmic Strawberry was to use the color combo pictured below.  I love the blues and tans together for a baby boy.

For Someone Special

This is a birthday card I made for my neice.  I love the blue, brown and pink color combo and I hope she does too.  I tried something new with her hair.  I colored with E44, E42, E40 and then went over lightly with YR31 trying to match my neice's hair color.  Does anyone else do that when they color images?  I always try to match hair colors if I am making the card special for someone.

Valentine Candy Bar Wrapper

This is the Valentine I made for my son's girl friend.
I didn't use the typical pinks and reds for this because her favorite color is teal.
Teal is one of my favorite colors too.
After coloring with copics, I added stickles to the rose and used shabby white embossing enamel around the image.
I hope she likes it!
