Love You

It's time for a new challenge at Digi Choosday.  The DT was challenged to create a project using an animal.  I made this card using the Winnie White Christmas kit from Polkadoodles.  All the papers and the adorable penguin are from that kit. I wanted to show how versatile the papers and images are so I created a card that could be for Christmas, a thank you after Christmas or even a birthday card.  The sentiment is from Winnie Celebrations 3.

We are in the middle of a heatwave.  What better way to beat the heat than to spend the time in my craft room creating  Christmas cards.

Summer Fun

We are in the midst of a heat wave here.  The temps have been in the upper 90's with a heat index of over 100 degrees.  Of course that simply means I have a reason to stay in my craft room where it is air conditioned.

This is my project for The Crafty Hazel Nut's Pattern Paper challenge.  The theme is always anything goes as long as you use pattern paper.  I made this card for a friend who loves the sun and hot temperatures.
