My son celebrated his birthday on Dec 24th.  I don't know about you but cards for guys in their 20's are always a challenge.  I decided to keep it simple this year and he actually liked his card.  Of course, I think it helped that one of his presents was so hard cider.

I hope you are all safe and healthy during the pandemic.  It certainly is crazy times but that does give us crafters some time to work on projects.

My DT project for Aud Sentiments features the image Bob's Balloons from Dr Digi House of Stamps.  I enjoyed the challenge of coloring the layers of balloons.

Hello Crafty Friends!

this is my DT card for Aud Sentiments.  The challenge theme is to Use A Funny Sentiment.

I couldn't resist pairing up this astronaut from Dr Digi's House Of Stamps with this sentiment.  What a dilemma for this pour guy!  

I kept the card very simple and let the sentiment and image do all the heavy work.  After coloring with copics, I used glossy accents on the face of the helmet to make it look more realistic.

I just used microsoft word to make the sentiment

I had fun making this card.  This is Flossie Bumblethorpe from Dr Digi House of Stamps.  I chose light floral pastel papers because that reminds me of my grandmother.  Flossie seems all dress up and ready to party!  She also looks very determined to be the first to the cake!  The new challenge at Aud Sentiments is to use a 2 Word Sentiment.

This is my DT card for Aud Sentiments. Our theme for this challenge is Masculie + A Sentiment.

Cards for guys are always hard but luckily our sponsor for this challenge, Dr. Digi's House of Stamps, has some fun images that are just perfect for the men in our lives.

I chose to use Captain Thunderpants for my card.  It's gotten to be a standing tradition for me to make a card for my brother in law's birthday using the theme of farting.  This image is just perfect!  I cut the sentiment words from the Batman Cricut cartridge. I kept the card design simple since I think the image and sentiment are bold enough to stand on their own.
