The challenge this week at 52 Christmas Card Throw Down is to use punch art. Sure wish I hadn't sold most of my smaller paper punches at a garage sale last month. Good thing I kept one of my favorite punches, my Martha Stewart branch punch. This punch is so versatile. I decided to use it to create a wreath for the front of my card. I then used a regular hole paper punch for the berries. The card was created using the fancy frame flip its die from sizzix. I have had this die for over a year and haven't used it because I was afraid it would break my cuttlebug. Well, I broke my cuttlebug last week so decided to replace it with a Sizzix big kick. My cuttlebug still works even though the side popped off and it has a crack in it but I just wasn't sure how long it could last so I replaced it before I was stranded without a die cutter.
