Tilda Birthday Card

I needed a birthday card for a friend so I decided to do the week #95 challenge over at Sketch Saturday. I added ribbon, stickles and prima flowers for a little added detail.
Card details:
Stamp: Tilda in Hat from Magnolia Stamps
Hibiscus Frame: Storybook Cricut cart cut at 4.5 inches
Border punch: Martha Stewart

    How do you feel about people stamps that are missing features? I am always torn about adding them but when I do it never seems to look right.
