Sea Shell Tilda Magnolia Stamps

Are you enjoying your summer?  I am counting down the days til my vacation.  

Today starts a new challenge at Addicted to Stamps. The theme is CAS Summer. Pretty easy peasy.  I chose this super cute stamp from Magnolia Stamps for my card.  I kept the card design very simple but I did add a little sparkle with extreme glitter paint to her dress trim and shoes.  I also dipped the end of my paint brush into the glitter paint and dotted along in the sand.  Have you ever been to the beach and seen the sand sparkle in the sun?  I tried to mimic that with the glitter paint.

For my project I decided to make a tag and a gift bag. The sentiment was an easy choice since new pets soon become our best friends.  I included some doggie treats for the new pet as well.

Digi Doodle Studios has new images in the shop.  This fun and sassy image is Penelope Party Girl.

As you can tell, I like to play around with pattern paper.  I had originally planned to keep this card clean and simple with a white background but I just couldn't stop myself from adding the polka-dot paper. So the design may be simple but my love of pattern paper gives it more flair!

It's Tuesday so that means it's time for another challenge at Digi Choosday.

The theme for the challenge is Anything Goes.  However, the DT was given a bit of a challenge which included:

1. Goodbye/bon Voyage

2. Any Image

3. Anything using beach colors

Those challenge guidelines were just perfect for the project I wanted to make.  One of my daycare families is moving soon so I made a small scrapbook of memories for him to remember his time at daycare.  The page shown is the first page of the album.  I included the initial of his first name and a cow because he has enjoyed watching the cows on our farm.  I found the perfect sentiment to go along with this page in the Work and Play Sentiment bundle.

Frozen Tilda

It's time for a new challenge at ABC Christmas Challenge.

 M for Masking

I decided to use both Little and Masking for my card.  I masked the snowdrifts, trees and Frozen Tilda to create the scene.  I then stamped and fussy cut the little snoman to place in the foreground of the scene.

Graduation Edwin

Hello Crafty Friends!

It is graduation time so I needed lots of grad cards and gifts.  This card was made for a special young man graduating from high school.  He happens to be one of my former daycare kids.  It is always fun to see how my littles grow up into young adults.
